This is my 33rd year of teaching....that makes me feel so old! I love working with and challenging students to strive for excellence in all they do. School should be a safe place to take risks and explore new things and to have fun during the learning process.  I want my students to develop a love and passion for learning each day!

I have been married for 36 years, and I have three amazing children ages 31, 27, and 24. I also have a baby grandson who has won my entire heart! In my spare time, I love to babysit my grandson, travel, read, be crafty, and see Broadway musicals both locally and in NYC.

I have three main goals for the school year ahead:

1. To provide a SAFE, supportive, and FUN classroom environment. 

2. To challenge your child to take risks and grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

3. To help foster a love of learning and create life-long learners out of each of my students.
